PRICES:
Prices are subject to market conditions and therefore may change without notice. We are constantly updating our prices to keep them as accurate as possible. The product prices are excluded sales taxes. During checkout the sales taxes will be calculated automatically.
SHIPPING:
Some products require Special Shipping. We will notify you by mail for your approval before processing your order.
WARRANTY
Most items we sell are covered by manufacturers' warranties. If you experience difficulty with a product, please contact the appropriate manufacturer for assistance and troubleshooting help or email www.marinevallarta.com , or call to 322 2242534. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve any issues.
RETURN POLICY
If you need to return a product, please contact us within 10 days of purchase for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Return merchandise will not be accepted without authorization.
Merchandise must be in original condition and packing ready to be sold condition. The product should be repack in the original packaging for shipping with all the original enclosures, parts and accessories. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Return it to us postage pre-paid (we do not accept C.O.D.), with the appropriate insurance. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable
Make sure that your name, address, phone number, web order number and e-mail address are provided, along with the reason for your return. Return, if accepted, will be subject up to a 20% handling fee for inspection, repackaging, and restocking. We reserve the right to refuse returns or asess additional fees at our discretion if the merchandise is missing parts or is not in new condition.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Cut goods, products with a broken seal, unlock codes for software, batteries and specially ordered items and gift certificates are not returnable.
BACKORDERS:
The items which are not in stock will be specially order for you, can’t be cancel, unless the item is subject to a manufacturer's delay, a Marine Vallarta Customer Service Representative will notify you.
