Marine Vallarta is a Mexican company based in Puerto Vallarta, we are specialize in marine electric/electronic equipment, if you can’t find your products ask us to help you further.
We deliver to the entire México.
Postage charges
We use a number of shipping companies and you will be able to choose the option that best suits you based on price and estimated shipping time during the checkout process. The available options will depend on the combined weight of your selected items, this means that in most cases you will only pay a single fee for postage and packing even though you may have selected multiple amounts and/or multiple items.
Delivery times
For each delivery option displayed during checkout, we give the estimated delivery time. If you require the items to be delivered within a specific time span, please contact us. Although we usually dispatch orders within 24hours, there may sometimes be unforeseen delays due to circumstances beyond our control. If we encounter any problems that may delay your order we will email you and give you the option to cancel the order or amend the shipping options.
Damaged/ Missing orders
We inspect all items prior to shipment. We suggest that you also thoroughly inspect the items before accepting delivery. If damage is apparent, refuse delivery, please contact us immediately at 322 2242534. Do not discard the box or any packaging materials. Most claims must be filed with the carrier within 10 days of receipt of delivery.
